When the need for us to purchase a home arose my husband and I were excited to work with Monica Brito. Monica’s home buying guide was very informative and helped us to see where we were in our home buying process. Monica helped us to arrive at a budget that suited our families’ financial goals, and we placed a tall order. We didn’t think there would be many options to choose from since our needs were very specific. However, Monica provided us with a list of more than 10 potential listings, we were very impressed. With each new construction home that we toured we felt more and more confident with Monica by our side, she asked questions we didn’t think to ask, made helpful suggestions, and gave us her professional opinion when we asked. We decided on an energy-efficient home that we thought was at the higher end of our price range. Monica was able to negotiate a 20K pricing drop, all new appliances, a builder incentive from the previous month that was better than the current incentive, and an extended closing period per our needs. Monica recommended we get our own home inspection and provided contacts for our convenience. I am glad we took her advice; after the inspection Monica sent the report to the construction manager and was able to negotiate that all the items listed be given attention prior to moving in saving us from large costs in the future. She even attended our final walkthrough and closing, what service! We made first contact with Monica in September 2024 and by November 2024 were living comfortably in our new home. If that’s not service, I don’t know what is, and when our first energy bill came in at $89, we knew we had made the right decision. Change can be stressful and buying a home is one of the largest purchases most of us will make so team up with Monica, she will be with you every step of the way.
