Recently closed on our new build and we could not have done it without Monica! She was so knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and above and beyond helpful! From the start, she helped us find the area that best suited our budget, lifestyle, and home needs. Throughout the process, she was always available, even taking meetings for us since we were out of state and could not always be there in person. If we ever needed a resource, she always knew the person, place or thing to refer us to. She never ceased to amaze us! Not only is she an amazing realtor, but she has a wonderful eye for design.
